In the back of the day collar is a full roller buckle. There are no eyelets with this buckle style, nor any lockable option.

This is a smooth yet firm leather that is used for ridign tack in the horse industry. Its stuffed full of oils and waxes to make it pliable and I hand bevel and burnish all of the edges so they are rounded for your comfort.
