This Locking Leather Rhinestone Heart Padlock Collar is a submissive collar for any slave or sub to wear as a day collar due to its simple design.  The lockable slave choker is fitted with a heart-shaped padlock with embedded Rhinestones. The padlock is held on by 2 Dee Rings.  The choker clasps together with the padlock in place.  An EXACT lower neck circumference is needed for a perfect fit for this slave collar. The padlock is designed to hang between the clavicles of the intended wearer's neck. A set of keys also comes with this collar (of course!)

This is a firm and smooth leather that is used in the horse industry for riding tack. Its 9-11oz thick and I make it supple by applying Leather Conditioners and Balms to the leather.
